OUR CONSULTING SERVICES


Ozarks Premier Food Co. has collaborated with K-12 school districts to support and elevate the quality of their child nutrition programs. We’ve now expanded our reach to encompass institutional food service operations of all kinds, and our goal is to change what is expected of the food served in these spaces.   

Face to Face Consultations

We understand that every institution faces unique challenges in their efforts to serve quality meals. While we do believe that hands-on-training is the most effective way to improve the food served in an institution, it may not be the right fit for every operation right away. 

If training isn’t right for your kitchens right now, we will work with you to develop a plan for our chefs to consult on your operation and find innovative improvements that fit your situation.

Staff Training

Ozarks Premier Food Co. offers training by the hour for a kitchen staff on topics including safety and sanitation, proper use of equipment, recipe preparation, presentation, professionalism, meal claiming and NSLP guidelines. We have over 100 of our own USDA school meal program compliant recipes available to share with you and your staff. 

Digital Trainings

Our chefs have learned to be as innovative as possible with so many uncertain situations we have faced. We all have unique backgrounds with online experience working in fine dining, hospitality, and catering; to now being experts in large scale, institutional production and school meal regulations. We can adapt to do training over Zoom, livestream video or Youtube Trainings. 

Recipe Development

Ozarks Premier Food Co will work with your food service team, our chefs can help to develop recipes that are customized to your students and your inventory while staying within USDA school meal program guidelines. Ozarks Premier chefs will produce thorough recipes that include functional units of measure, required kitchen equipment and detailed procedures.

Menu Planning

Our team, as well as a registered dietitian, can work with you to develop compliant menus that will utilize excess inventory, push participation and streamline workflow for your staff throughout the week. 

Equipment Purchasing

Our experienced chefs can identify the right equipment to maximize efficiency in your kitchens or set you up for success in a brand new space. With years of experience in a variety of kitchens we can suggest innovative solutions that fit your budget.

Our own Chef Angelo and Master Chef has produced many top Chefs in the Ozarks and around the Country. Show-Me Chefs emphasizes community engagement. 

We provide opportunities for local students to gain real-world experience in film and television production. We offer local businesses, food producers, and culinary leaders low-cost, high-reward exposure and advertising. Finally, we help local viewers learn more about the regional culinary profile, cooking, and the importance of choosing locally sourced food. We strive to foster this sense of community through quality, family-friendly television programming, and to give back to that community wherever possible.
